We are looking for full time and part time drivers in the West Palm Beach area to pick up and deliver packages to residential and business addresses. You will be required to drive your own vehicle to complete the daily route, and a mid-size to large-size vehicle is preferred. Drivers will be independent contractors. This position is a Monday through Friday shift with Saturday availability.
Drivers should be highly energetic, competent, and self-motivated individuals with a good sense of direction and excellent customer service skills. Punctuality, reliability, and delivery experience are required. This position will also require understanding and use of handheld devices to assist with each delivery and must own a working smartphone.
Applicants should be capable of lifting to fifty pounds without assistance. We prefer applicants with verifiable work history with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or other parcel delivery services but all applicants will be considered. Route length also varies, but you can expect your workday to be 7-10 hours on average.
Driver Requirements:
Must possess valid driver's license.
Minimum age: 21
Must have a reliable vehicle, some routes require a larger vehicle such as a cargo/sprinter, or a large SUV, and box truck.
No DUI/DWI within ten previous years
Pass a background verification.
Must be able to drive Mon-Fri. Routes are expected to be completed by 7pm.
Able to do pickups between 430pm and 7pm on a weekly rotational basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely load, transport, and unload products at designated customer locations.
Operate a commercial vehicle along established routes to deliver, stock, and stage products.

Drives assigned truck along a prescribed residential and/or commercial areas to collect garbage, trash or recycled materials; makes frequent stops at appropriate intervals to position truck near bulk piles or refuse containers; avoids backing of vehicle whenever possible to perform tasks; performs physical work functions in retrieving and sorting recyclable materials into hopper; attaches hopper to truck, closes tailgate and operates mechanism to dump at the appropriate disposal location.
Maintains the pace of collection activities by determining the length of time spent on route or at each stop in order to ensure timely completion of assigned route.
Weighs solid waste collection trucks individually as they enter and exit landfill; weighs and separates recyclable products from solid waste, and sorts them according to category.
Performs basic and semi-skilled labor as appropriate to perform various solid waste assignments; picks up paper, limbs, and other debris; manually moves loads and arranges materials.
Performs skilled work in the operation of solid waste equipment. Responsibilities vary from servicing garbage at residential to commercial locations throughout the City where designated garbage cans are used. Frequently exits and re-enters garbage truck to manually pick up carts, bags, trash and vegetation. Pulls and/or pushes garbage cans from properties to the rear end loader of the garbage truck and positions garbage cans on the tipper, which may require lifting; operates the mechanism to dump the garbage into the truck; places garbage cans to the curbside.

Warehouse Freight Haulers perform job duties in a warehouse setting and are expected to accomplish physically demanding work. The Hauler will be responsible for transferring product from the receiving dock to the designated aisle.
Responsibilities include:
Transport received freight to designated haul zone
Ensure pallets are wrapped securely and transported without damage to the designated aisle
Scan freight into the system to ensure proper drop location (where applicable)
Work is performed in a warehouse setting and is physically demanding
Perform duties safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment. Ensure that operations are aligned and performed to achieve production and safety goals
Perform all job tasks assigned by the leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals
All other duties as assigned
