Responsibilities:
• Adhere to Parenteral Manufacturing safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Set up and operate non-aseptic manufacturing processes, including automated and semi-automated inspection equipment in controlled facilities.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and safety policies and procedures.

Job title: Print Operator A
Primary Responsibility: Daily operation of all flexographic printing equipment based on schedule,
understanding and supporting total manufacturing flow in support of meeting/exceeding customer's needs
support of meeting/exceeding customer's needs while meeting company standards for quality, efficiency
and safety.
Night shift: 3pm-1am Mon-Thurs; 3-11pm Fridays as scheduled.
Job location: Sturtevant, WI
Duties:
Daily operation of all flexographic printing equipment based on schedule, understanding and
supporting total manufacturing flow in support of meeting/exceeding customer's needs
Follow process plan and quality plan, maximizing productivity and minimizing waste in every action performed
Work from operating process record, prints and methods sheet, and instructions
Check material received for proper specifications
Follow safe work practices and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative machine maintenance
Provides feedback and recommendations for product enhancements or improvements
Assist in the development and implementation of corrective action for quality
Perform other duties as requested
To work with the blanking and forming teams, to achieve manufacturing targets.
Maintain agreed standard of cleanliness of machine and work area.
Carry out quality checks in line with procedure.
Identify and report manufacturing problems and initiation of corrective action, if needed.
Work to EHS, Quality and GMP standards always.
Train team colleagues as requested by supervisor.
Participate in TPM improvements initiated by the company
Requirements
Previous printing experience REQUIRED
Flexographic Printing Knowledge, water-based ink systems, strongly PREFERRED
High speed machine operating experience
Strong math skills (measurements, percentages, calculate footage, etc.)
Mechanical aptitude
Methodical / structured approach to troubleshooting.
