    Job Details AGRONOMY MALONE - MALONE, WIDescription Country Visions Cooperative's agronomy department has an opening for a seasonal loader operator. Previous experience is helpful, but we will train the right individual. Duties may include delivering seed, dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, or packaged products, with a pickup truck. Work may also include operating a small payloader type tractor, moving dry fertilizer products to a hopper keeping the fertilizer tower full of product for filling customer orders. It may also include directing semitrucks unloading to refill the fertilizer plant. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintenance and operation of Country Visions loader and equipment Filling fertilizer in the tower Assist customers and vendors with loading and unloading products Keep the fertilizer plant and warehouses organize and clean Qualifications Job Requirements: Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to communicate clearly effectively both written and verbally. Need to maintain a positive attitude with other employees and customers. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and repair as necessary. Ability to read maps and follow directions. Ability to lift 60 pounds. Working with fertilizer and chemicals will be required. Will need to take and successfully pass an online test and performance evaluation test (we will provide guidance to you on this) Hours: Daily hours Monday through Friday with some weekend hours are to be expected during field work. Some unpredictable and extended work hours will occur.
