POSITION OVERVIEW

+ Safely operate highly automated production, packaging, or warehouse equipment, including forklifts and transporters.
+ Perform equipment setup, changeovers, breakdowns, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

Position Overview
The Snow Plow Driver is responsible for operating trucks and heavy equipment to safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, and roadways. This is a seasonal, on-call position that requires reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Youll be trusted to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results during snow events ensuring our customers properties remain safe and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
Operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and related equipment to clear snow and ice from commercial and residential properties
Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent refreezing and maintain safety
Inspect assigned areas for thorough completion and quality control
Respond promptly to snow events, often during early mornings, late nights, or weekends
Maintain and report equipment conditions and fill out simple job documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional snow plowing experience (required)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required)
Reliable transportation to reach routes and job sites
Ability to work independently and handle equipment safely
Comfortable working long hours outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor when needed

In addition, the Loader Operator will be required to maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Required Skills & Experience:

At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This position directly reports to the various quarry supervisors. All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and individual works as a team member. Primary responsibilities include assisting in production functions and maintenance.
