This role is crucial in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery to transport raw materials, including sand, gravel, and cement, to the mixing plant. * Load and unload materials from trucks and into hoppers, bins, or conveyors as required. * Coordinate with the production team to supply materials according to the production schedule. * Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to the maintenance team promptly. * Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing proper safety equipment, to minimize the risk of injury and accidents on site. * Keep the working area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment. * Assist with inventory counts and ensure that material supplies are adequate for production needs. * Work closely with plant management to identify operational improvements and implement best practices. * Be willing to assist other team members and departments as needed, including performing manual labor tasks. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Loader Operator or in a similar role operating heavy machinery, preferably in a concrete plant or similar industrial setting. * Valid Driver's License * Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in industrial or construction environments. * Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. * Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. * Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in heavy machinery operation is a plus. * Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.
