Job Title: Mastercam/MazaCAM Mill Operator Department: Machine Shop FLSA Status: Hourly $27-$35 per hour The Mastercam/MazaCAM Mill Operator is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines using Mastercam to produce high-quality components to print. This role ensures parts meet all dimensional, quality, and delivery requirements while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key responsibilities Create and edit 2D/3D toolpaths in Mastercam/MazaCAM from customer or internal CAD models and drawings. Required qualifications Previous experience programming and operating CNC mills using Mastercam/MazaCAM in a production or job-shop environment. Strong ability to read blueprints, CAD models, and apply GD&T; comfortable working with tight tolerances. Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators. Solid understanding of CNC G-code, cutting tools, work holding, and machining best practices. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production schedules on first shift. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in machining or CNC programming preferred. Job Description The Sanding and Robot Operator - 3rd Shift position sets up, operates and maintains multiple robotic sanding cells as trained and instructed to meet or exceed defined production targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned) Operates multiple robotic sanding cells with the loading and unloading of helmets to maximize robot time sanding while also ensuring quality. Identify helmet models to be sanded and correctly set the machine fixturing to ensure quality sanding. Load and unload helmets from the fixturing proplerly. Organize and maintain the machine fixturing so that they can be easily found as needed. Operate the computer controls of each cell to select the proper program for the paint color being sanded. Load the robot sanding tool as needed with the proper sand paper grit per the program running. Change the interface pads and backup pads on each cell running as needed to maintain quality sanding. Identify and communicate issues quickly to the GrayMatter Team using the Hot Line and the Team Viewer communication tool. Communicate issues immediately to Team Leader and Supervisor. About the role As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld's industrial disposal process. Position Responsibilities Operate and inspect forklifts, roll off truck, yard truck, excavator, loaders and skid steer. Manage the safe operation of the site's equipment in the assigned areas. Conduct daily motorized machinery inspections on the site's equipment. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to take appropriate safe action on their own initiative to prevent equipment damage or injury to personnel during emergencies or unusual situations.
