Key Responsibilities
Support BI technicians during pilot plant campaigns.
Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to resolve process and equipment challenges.
Assist the lead technician in communicating batch status with chemists and analytical teams.
Complete all required training within designated timelines.
Participate in team activities, including scheduled daily meetings.
Develop proficiency in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations.
Attend PSOR meetings and actively contribute input.
Adhere to all procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Report incidents such as spills, exposures, or injuries promptly to management.
Conduct all operations with safety as the number one priority.

The Chemical Operator is responsible for the safe operation of equipment in a manufacturing facility, material handling, quality control, accurate recordkeeping, and maintaining housekeeping standards while following company policies and safety procedures.
Essential Functions
Operate and monitor plant systems (feeds, temperatures, pressures)
Follow procedures and instructions from Leads and Managers.
Sample, test, and record process streams per quality requirements.
Accurately weigh and add raw materials; monitor inventory.
Load finished products into bulk tankers, totes, and drums.
Assist with maintenance preparations.
Maintain housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM, and safety policies.
Input data into ERP system and complete logs/forms.
Provide improvement suggestions to management.
Participate in EHS and training programs.
Must be willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required; community college certificate preferred.
0-5 years of chemical or manufacturing experience (certificate in Chemical Plant Technician training may substitute).
Basic Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Knowledge of hazardous materials handling, OSHA/EPA compliance, and emergency response training.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in teams and interact with all plant levels.
Full professional English proficiency (written & verbal).
Flexible schedule availability.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are willing to train the right, motivated individual to learn our tableting and packaging process.
Operate and set up a wide range of manufacturing equipment which includes high-speed automated tablet presses and packager production line.
Perform in-process testing and complete the necessary paperwork. Responsible for the efficient production of a high quality product.
Perform all work in adherence to safety precautions, regulations and Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP) as required by the FDA.
Tower Labs' production environment is clean and temperature and humidity controlled. Uniforms provided free of charge.

Position Summary:
The Equipment Operator performs duties relevant to safely and effectively operating heavy equipment in the course of daily operations. The Equipment Operator also makes sure the operations floor is clear of obstacles, as well as that traffic flows smoothly, efficiently, and safely to maintain production.
Your Role:
Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment to maintain productivity in the effective operation of the transfer starting or material recovery facility during daily operations.
Ensures that the operation area is consistently clear of obstacles and that traffic is flowing smoothly.
Performs general house duties in assigned areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of the facility.
Keeps the entire floor clean and maintained by use of bobcats, front-end loaders, excavators, and/or similar equipment such as industrial forklifts, man lifts, and skid steer-type loaders.
Loads and monitors the conveyor system with a loader based on the facility.
Load and unload trucks with a skid steer and forklift based on a daily schedule.
Performs routine maintenance checks on mobile equipment and facility equipment and reports malfunctions to the Supervisor.
Work all assigned shifts from the scheduled start to the scheduled end time.
Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace.
Reads, understands, and applies information such as lockout/tagout procedures, safety rules, job hazard analyses, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.
Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
