Equipment Operator Reports To: Plant Manager Compensation: $21-$23 based on experience The Equipment Operator reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the safe and proper handling, loading and storage of aggregate materials; as well as the general housekeeping of plant property/equipment and premises as assigned by the Plant Manager. The daily work schedule may consist of up to 8+ hour days, with overtime on both a voluntary or mandatory basis for work week as well as on Saturdays, and occasional Sundays, depending upon business level requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
Essential Accountabilities:
* Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader to lift, transport, and load bulk aggregate materials to and from various areas of the plant property.
* Perform and document daily equipment inspections of the front-end loader.
* Perform regular preventative maintenance of the front-end loader including but not limited to:
* Check and maintain all fluid levels as described by the equipment manufacturer including water, oil, transmission, and hydraulic fluids.
* Check and maintain tire pressure as described by the equipment manufacturer.
* Grease all hubs and other components as described by the equipment manufacturer.
* Keep the rubber-tire front-end loader clean both inside and outside.
* Operate the radial stacker conveyor to deliver required aggregate materials into appropriate storage bins or hoppers maintaining appropriate fill levels.
Other Responsabilities:
* Verify by visual inspection the amount of aggregate materials stored on the plant premises and ensure that adequate supply is maintained.
* Assist with plant maintenance and service as requested by the Plant Manager including welding and greasing plant belts.
* Monitor and report mechanical problems associated with plant equipment to the Plant Manager.
* Maintain the bulk material stockpiles.
General Duties:
* Ensure that Mixer Truck Washdown area and other areas of the yard are kept clean and free of debris:
* Uses high-pressure water hose.
* Clean and maintain mixer truck washout pits in accordance with company procedures.
* Properly handle and maintain inventory of reclaimed washout material.
* Properly keep clean and maintain general exterior yard areas and plant premises including but not limited to:
1. Regular sweeping and mopping.
2. Litter and debris removal.
3. Emptying of exterior waste bins.
4. Maintain yard in accordance with environmental regulations.
5. Maintain clean and sanitary breakroom and restroom facilities, as assigned.

General Statement
Under guidance of the Water Production Supervisor and/or their designated representative, performs routine duties as required to maintain the City's potable water system. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collects bacteriological and other types of water quality samples throughout the water distribution system. Preserves sample integrity and ensures safe delivery to a designated laboratory facility.
Completes chain of custody and maintains sample records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Investigates customer complaints and water quality concerns within the distribution system.
Monitors system wide chlorine residual and adjusts feed rate as necessary to maintain target level.
Performs daily inspections of the City's water production stations, pressure stations, and water storage tanks.

Assist with performing functional tests, routine maintenance, and preventative care for electronic control equipment which includes programmable logical controllers (PLCs), remote terminal unites (RTUs), variable speed drives (VFDs), switch gear equipment, radio telemetry systems, etc.
Assist with analyzing, and repairing or replacing mechanical equipment (pumps, motors, submersibles, relays, breakers, etc.) as necessary to complete required repairs.
Assist in performing daily inspections and making necessary adjustments and repairs on all instrumentation and control systems used to monitor and/or operate the Wastewater Treatment facility, water production stations, pressure stations, water storage tanks, and wastewater lift stations.

- Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.
- Repairs and assesses malfunctions, rebuilds and performs maintenance on recycling equipment to include, but not limited to: cranes, front end loaders, forklifts, skid steer, telehandlers, material handlers, OTR Fleet, rail support equipment, support vehicles, mobile service and support equipment and implements such as grapples and buckets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will safely move large recreational vehicles around our property. The recreational vehicles will be moved in and out of service bays, onto storage lots, etc. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position includes the following:
+ Move RV's to PDI locations.
+ Move RV's to cleaning location or others sites.
+ Stage all RV's that need to be worked on.
+ Always have six RV's staged.
+ Once a trailer is listed as complete on the board, move to delivery location for driver.
