To properly perform order, color and material changes and machine start-ups/shut-downs. This is a Safety Sensitive Position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Identifies issues, troubleshoots machines to produce quality parts, safely. Performs order changes: enters startup and shutdown into DelmiaWorks system. Enters all downtime reason codes into ERP for tracking. Verifies raw materials comply with work requirements. Performs color changes; notifies supervisor of color change status. Informs supervisor/lead of substandard production quality. Checks material quality and calls for more materials if necessary.
