**Machine Operator I** The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper's high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth. **Shift and Schedule:** This position is located in our St Louis, MO facility. This is a full time position working 3rd shift, Monday to Friday, 9:00pm to 5:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. **Position Responsibilities:** 1. Overall support for the Robotics/Automation team. Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required. Qualifications Full time student, pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechatronics and/or robotics preferred, but will consider Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Sheet metal fabrication/Assembly Line experience helpful. Experience with robotics and automation preferred. Experience with Microsoft Access or ability to learn. A student currently in their junior or senior year is preferred. Above average written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead people, obtain commitment from team members, and achieve results through others. Ability to be assertive and diplomatic when interacting with co-workers. Positive attitude, team player, and supports the direction and policies of the Company. Ability to think ahead, set daily and weekly goals, and create action plans to achieve results. Ability to multi-task and follow up on all open issues. Be the “support” mechanism for the internal customers. Proficient with ACAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Office. The duration of this co-op is May to December, Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.Housing Stipend Assistance Program available to those who qualify.
