The Production Operator focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards •Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods •Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products •Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis and examines production materials for processing. Operates all equipment and processes. Monitors machine parameters and troubleshoots processing problems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

WORKING CONDITIONS

Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 7am to 5pm with some overtime and weekends. Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Employees in this position perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. This may include operating hand and power tools of all types, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up waste materials, and assisting other craft workers.

The Equipment Operator is responsible for performing various equipment operating activities on a construction site. The Equipment Operator will regularly perform Laborer job functions based on client and project requirements.
Equipment Operator:
Operates various construction equipment safely and efficiently, including: excavators, loaders, graders, scrapers, skid loaders, and rollers.
Performs daily equipment inspection and maintenance requirements with proper documentation in compliance with company policies.
Offloads or load outs construction materials and/or debris.
Reads and interprets surveying staking pertaining to grade control and utilities.
Interacts with geotechnical engineer and interpret testing results.
Performs other duties associated with the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Laborer:
Identifies and operates hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, saws, power drills, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
Cleans and prepares construction sites to eliminate possible hazards, including rubble and debris.
Reads and interprets plans, instructions, and specifications.
