Responsibilities:
Works with computer numeric controlled (CNC) heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal. May operate other machinery to include horizontal boringmill and CNC vertical and horizontal lathes.
Performs layouts, sets up, machine tools as required.
Review blueprints, drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of part/product, sequence of operations and/or set up requirements.
Reads and interprets all drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
Measure, mark and otherwise indicate the dimensions and reference points on the part or material to be used as guides for subsequent machining.
Select, align and secure the holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines to include mills, lathes and grinders.
Calculate and set controls to regulate various machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow and depth and angle of cut.
Start and observe machine operation to detect any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust the machine controls as necessary.
Verify conformance of finished part to ensure that it meets specifications.
Improves methods for higher quality and improved costs.
Assist maintenance in diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance.
Adheres to company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
Performs other duties within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent
2+ years experience
Must be able to speak and understand English.
Completion of a machinist apprentice program or equivalent training
Programing is a plus
Familiarity with Mori Seki, Okuma and Haas machines a plus.
Ability to hold close tolerances and conduct component inspections.
Demonstrated ability to effectively set up and operate all or at least most, of the machines.
Ability to perform with a minimum of direct supervision.
Working knowledge of tool geometry and application.
Working knowledge of effects of feeds and speeds.
Willingness to work in a team environment

7:00 pm - 3:30 am with OT and occasional Saturdays
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain daily printing and maintenance on UV and/or Dye Sublimation equipment
Responsible for quality of jobs printed (output, correct images/quantities,color, material quality).
Read and understand work orders and written instructions
Communicates with Art Team & Finishers regarding any critical job details
Able to complete preventative maintenance on equipment as well as successfully troubleshoot printing problems
Willingness to cross-train on other equipment and other departments
Physical demands: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Complete fixture teardowns and machine set-ups as needed for a specified job.

JOB SUMMARY:
The person in this role is responsible for manufacturing chemical products while assuring compliance is achieved in all company associated policies. The position requires a motivated, detail oriented, and results driven team player who:
o Incorporates safety and quality into every decision while performing day-to-day activities o Effectively communicates with Supervisor and peers o Can efficiently operate chemical processes and equipment to safely manufacture quality products o Will actively seek out opportunities for process improvement and take full responsibility for collaborating with management and peers to implement approved changes in a timely manner.
The employee in this position will be a positive-natured, task-oriented individual with chemical manufacturing experience and significant mechanical aptitude. The Chemical Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant processes and equipment. The person must possess excellent communication skills necessary to keep Supervisor and peers informed of process status. This person must be personally and professionally motivated to work constructively with team members at all levels within the company, to execute job responsibilities ROLES AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the process or processes assigned, including the safe transfer of hazardous chemicals.
Apply all plant safety rules, work guidelines / practices, and procedures
Wearing and maintenance of personal protective equipment required for working with hazardous chemicals
Developing and applying improvements in processes, equipment and procedures
Daily Responsibilities:
Complete walk-thru of the process and equipment to audit safety and housekeeping
Perform quality assurance checks for manufactured products
Adjust formulations to ensure finished products meet specifications
Assist in loading trailers with products
Unload raw materials as needed
Complete Certificates of Compliance for loaded trailers
Complete all paperwork accurately including batch sheets, run sheets and shift reports
Maintain and communicate in Daily Management practices for the facility
Must be able to work overtime, provide physical labor and work changing shifts as required to meet business requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of business goals and objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Requires planning skills to prioritize daily process operation
Must be able to pay attention to detail
Knowledge of chemical manufacturing and equipment
Must be dependable, flexible and able to respond on short notice to satisfy requirements of customers.
Requires good interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with others, both verbally and in written form
Strong Analytical and Mathematical aptitude
Ability to effectively work with Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to obtain Fork Lift certification through USALCO within 30 calendar days of being hired if applicable to site.
Must be able to learn the chemical operator position within 60 calendar days of being hired.
EDUCATION:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing environment, preferred
Chemical manufacturing experience
Prior Forklift driving experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Ability to:
Must be dependable, flexible and able to respond on short notice to satisfy requirements of customers.
Routinely lift 50 to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
Routinely stand 60 to 70% of shift
Routinely must traverse ladders, catwalks and close quarters
Work at elevated platforms as high as 50 without hesitation or fear
Work inside confined spaces, as needed
Travel 5-10%

Our large format digital print department is in need of a candidate who can multi-task and can work well both within a team and on their own. Responsibilities include processing files with RIP software, organizing daily work schedule, running and maintaining 1-2 grand format printers. Experience with Pantone books , Ergosoft RIP software as well as EFI Vutek/Reggiani print equipment and Dye-Sublimation 2 step transfer process.
Schedule:
7:00 pm - 3:30 am with OT and occasional Saturdays
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain daily printing and maintenance on UV and/or Dye Sublimation equipment
Responsible for quality of jobs printed (output, correct images/quantities,color, material quality).
Read and understand work orders and written instructions
Communicates with Art Team & Finishers regarding any critical job details
Able to complete preventative maintenance on equipment as well as successfully troubleshoot printing problems
Willingness to cross-train on other equipment and other departments
Physical demands: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Monday-Friday (day shift) schedule with OT as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years experience in the large format print field or tradeshow industry
Hard-working, dependable and detail oriented while operating within a deadline driven environment
Ability to understand measurements and fractions
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Effective communication and time management skills
