Ability to safely and effectively operate: excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders, and similar equipment.
Strong understanding of excavation safety, trenching practices, and jobsite hazard awareness.
Ability to interpret drawings/blueprints and follow grade/excavation specs.
Solid communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Valid CDL Class A (Required) with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with GPS systems (Trimble Earthworks preferred).
