JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a full-time Machine Operator experienced or willing to learn our business. This position is responsible for operating or assisting in a direct mail manufacturing environment with a focus on reduction in cost related errors, exceeding client expectation, and driving a safe workplace. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/WORK PERFORMED

The primary purpose of this position is to provide timely and effective distribution and logistical support to the BSNAC warehouse activities for inbound/outbound deliveries, internal transfers, inventory, and raw material inventory for production. * Always follow safety procedures and perform all tasks safely

* Complete shipping documentation for order revisions and to ensure customer service accuracy.
* Document, inspect and unload inbound products and materials per written procedures.
* Count physical inventory and conduct cycle counts of all material stored in the warehouse.
* Receive incoming materials and miscellaneous purchase orders, notifying appropriate personal.
* Maintain the warehouse and dock areas in a safe, orderly, and clean manner.
* Must be flexible with rotating shifts outside of the regular business hours, as work hours are subject to change.
* Certification required on numerous types of forklifts and fork trucks (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment).

The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles with a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. In addition, the Loader Operator will be required to maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Furthermore, the Loader Operator will be responsible for the daily pre and post-trip inspections and associated documentation of their assigned machine. In addition, the operator will maintain a safe work environment and be required to follow and be held accountable to company guidelines for safe loader operation. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Loader Operator will facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs. Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contracts. Operates company equipment safely. Assists with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates safe and proficient operation of heavy equipment associated with duties related, but not limited to, underground utility installation, grading, and street reconstruction
Have the appropriate required training to perform jobs such as main line pipe installs, removals, fine grading, truck loading, and other associated tasks
Must understand how to maneuver around obstacles and buried utilities, without direct supervision from management
Understands blueprint reading and is involved with pre-task planning
Must be able to fuel the machine and lube pivot joints daily
Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment
Learn and follow safety standards
Work a full-time schedule with overtime during construction season as follows

Education, Experience & Training Requirements:
2500 hours minimum of safe and proficient operation of various heavy equipment
