1. 70% Follows approved procedures, blending raw materials into sauces using blending tanks, transfer pumps and heat exchangers. Training of new operators in the process to be consistent, accuracy in documentation of lot numbers, where to locate and log these numbers, batch adjustments, rework/reprocess tracking, and proper sanitation methods.
2. 15% Follows approved procedures completing sanitation of the process equipment and of the batching room. Monitor pressure gauges, flow meters/scales, thermometers, or products, and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions, such as product consistency, temperature, air pressure, and agitator speed. Record temperatures, amounts of batches processed, and/or test results on report forms. Read dials and gauges on panel control boards in order to ascertain temperatures, moisture content, and densities of mixtures, and turn valves in order to obtain specified mixtures. Correct machinery malfunctions by performing actions such as monitoring pumps, motors, agitators and inform supervisors of malfunctions as necessary. Start machinery such as pumps, feeders, or conveyors, and turn valves in order to heat, admit, or transfer products, refrigerants, or mixes.
3. 5% Coordinates change-over with line operators. Along with Pre-stages ingredients for production.
4. 5% Completes batching, equipment and room sanitation paperwork. Responsible for following GMP protocols.

Hedger Operating Company is hiring a Pump Operator. A Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and cleaning various types of concrete pumps used in construction sites. They are responsible for overseeing the placement of the concrete according to the construction plans and ensuring safety of the crew and the site.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain various types of concrete pumps in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer's instructions.
Connect hoses and pipelines to the pump, as well as set up the pump and pipeline system to transport concrete to the placement area.
Communicate with the site supervisor, crew, and the concrete delivery truck driver to ensure the safe and timely completion of the project.
Maintain the cleanliness of the pump, hoses, and other equipment used in the operation of the concrete pump.
Pump concrete with precision and accuracy to ensure the quality and consistency of the concrete mixture and placement.
Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to site safety procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on pumps and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.

Job Summary:
Plum Point Energy Station is a 680 net MW coal-fired power plant located approximately 50 miles north of Memphis near Osceola, Arkansas. The Plant Operator is responsible for monitoring the status of all plant systems and equipment on a continuous basis.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Responds to alarms by taking appropriate corrective actions and executes plant shutdown and start-up procedures as required
* Assures that the plant meets its generating requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner
* Responsible for the safe and efficient operation, testing, inspection, and maintenance of all equipment related to an electrical generation facility
* Operates equipment safely and with the intent to minimize risk to personnel and equipment
* Operates/maintains plant equipment at maximum operating efficiency
* Contributes to plant profitability by eliminating wasted materials and supplies and maintaining high productivity

* Writes and maintains equipment logs, operational logs, and other reports as required in a clear professional manner
