Operating hydrovac equipment and performing hydrovac duties in a variety of working environments, including confined spaces
Driving our hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time)
Attending safety meetings
Performing routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipment
Preparing work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing potential hazards
Documenting and reporting all Badger, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification
(preferred)
Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions
(preferred)
Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience
(preferred)
Must be at least 21 years of age

Our Pekin campus produces products destined for Health, Home& Beauty; Food and Beverage; Industry & Agriculture; Essential Ingredients; and Renewable Fuels markets. All personnel are responsible for the safety of these products, which includes participation in training, following cGMP and feed/food safety requirements in the facility, and following procedures per instruction of management.
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for effectively operating the plant equipment to ensure the quality and quantity of ethanol fuel production is optimized.
The following is a list of major duties and responsibilities for this position along with certain supportive duties. It is not all-inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be added as needed and in addition, management may modify this job description as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates equipment to achieve optimal performance.
Adjusts equipment settings to ensure the ethanol produced meets quality and quantity expectations.
Inspects and maintains the equipment to ensure proper processing.
Inspects the quality and of the product and documents the result at certain intervals of the production process.
Completes daily shift production logs.
Coordinates with lab technicians to ensure product quality.
Investigates, monitors and reports deviations from production standards.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency.
Minimum one-year process and equipment experience.
Excellent computer skills; familiarity with operation software.
Excellent hand-eye coordination; safety cautious.
Experience working with lab testers and plant equipment.
Ability to follow directions, and work well with little supervision.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Driver's license.
Ability to safely and effectively coordinate multiple projects/tasks.
Bilingual skills are (English/Spanish) preferred.
Must have the ability to work different shifts and overtime. This includes the possibility of short-term and long-term shift reassignment to match the needs of the business.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures; work around dust, fumes, and/or moderate to loud noises.
Able to lift, pull, carry, and pick-up objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Essential functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for climbing stairs and ladders, sitting, walking on paved and unpaved surfaces, and standing for prolonged periods of time; operating a computer and keyboard; visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; manual dexterity to operate a telephone; lift horizontally and vertically, bending, stooping, and reaching.

What you will do:
The Warehouse Operator for each shift will be responsible for keeping the warehouse and block cooler areas in a safe, sanitary and efficient working order. As this position is the last set of eyes to see the product prior to it leaving to the customer they will be responsible for inspecting all pallets of product and the trailers prior to loading. Ensure that all steps to maintain an accurate database for the inventory are taken. This includes verifying the blocks on the pallet, properly staging and shipping the load in the D365 system.
Here's a day in the life:
* Warehouse product
* Stage loads in the staging area of the warehouse.
* Hand scan the staged loads in the D365 system.
* Complete the staging portion of shipping checklist
* Inspect the trailer for general cleanliness prior to loading.
* Load trucks.
* Ship products in D365 system.
* Complete the shipping portion of the shipping checklist.
* Inspect and unload arriving loads of supplies.
* Receive products into D365 system.
* Other duties as shift supervisor may assign.

Job Description
The Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring that our finished product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. Forklift duties include but are not limited to driving a forklift in a freezer warehouse, ensuring safety of equipment being used, transporting finished product in the warehouse, pulling finished product for loading of trailers, preparing trailers for loading, and loading trailers adhering to proper procedure. Ensuring facility maintenance through good housekeeping practices.
