We are seeking a Utilities Operator at the Advance Therapies Manufacturing Site (LP2) in Lebanon, IN. The Utilities Operator is directly responsible for ensuring that the generation and distribution of the utility services is provided without interruption of service to support the needs of the facility. The Utilities Operator will be responsible for gray, clean, and plant utilities. Actively participating in assigned building & area operations such as safety audits, procedure co-ordination, housekeeping and improvement projects
Training and qualification on all specified unit operations within the building
Know and follow cGMP practices, safe work habits, plant dress code, hygiene standards, and housekeeping requirements unique to the work area and job classification

Perform all operations necessary to support Environmental Controls, Incineration Services, and/or Solvent Recovery in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain large, complex equipment (e.g. wastewater treatment plant, fume incinerators, commercial liquids and solids incinerators, distillation columns, bulk tanks, forklifts, yard tractors) while adhering to written instructions and/or training.
Summarize observations and activities both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate basic math skills
Perform troubleshooting and demonstrate critical thinking skills
Maintain the work area in a state of cleanliness and safety
Adhere to environmental, health, safety, and security programs, rules, and procedures.
Work well both independently and in a team environment.
Actively participate in safety and continuous improvement teams
REQUIREMENTS
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent
Driver's license
Able to pass the WorkKeys assessment for a Tippecanoe Labs Chemical Operator position

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Operations/Outside Labor role is responsible for operating/monitoring all grain receiving and shipping operations at our grain elevators.
Responsibilities include:

Participating in grain quality control, general maintenance, housekeeping, and maintaining the highest of safety standards.
Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb and work at heights exceeding 50 ‘, climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties.
Ability to work extra hours during harvest season.
Skills and experience required
High School diploma or equivalent
Mechanical equipment operating experience preferred.
