Role Purpose:
The Production Operator is responsible for executing all aspects of solid-dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing, including dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, encapsulation, coating, compression, and equipment cleaning.
This role requires strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, batch record accuracy, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform commercial and non-commercial manufacturing activities according to schedule.
Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot solid-dosage pharmaceutical production equipment.
Follow all cGMP standards, SOPs, Safety Data Sheets, and Batch Records.
Maintain a clean, compliant manufacturing environment at all times.
Participate in quality investigations as needed.
Collaborate with production management and site support teams.
Complete all documentation clearly, accurately, and in English.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Haves

Review, compare, update recipes in master control and MES

Identify and support streamlining projects to improve production when applicable
Suggest adjustments to staff in order to gain maximum production, Identify production changes and suggest corrective actions
Support and direct all operators, ensure production is not impeded throughout the shift
Understand and report through OEE system, review and analyze major DT and propose solutions
Perform cleans on the line and inspections
Train new control room technicians, support all departments in the plant including any new expansion projects
Support and engage with all departments that are not meeting Quality and Efficiency KPIs by leading RCA efforts and continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

Command Station Operator

Under the direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, the part-time Command Station Operator shall be responsible for the operation of a Continuum Building Security and Access System. Also, a Siemens life-safety-fire alarm system as well as a DvTel CCTV System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, record, and respond to alarms and other emergencies in and around the Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC).
Monitor security/safety activities in and around the PCC via closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitors and building audio alarms.
Coordinate with contracted security supervision to investigate alarms and /or emergencies with PCC Sub Station Police, Philadelphia Fire Department, and area hospitals.
Proficient in the use of the Pennsylvania Convention Center's CCTV Surveillance System, including monitoring, recording, and playback.
Proficient in maintaining the PCC ISS 247 Electronic Incident Reporting System.
Receive incoming calls by telephone, radio, and alarm system.
Maintain all applicable Command Station logs as directed.
Maintain all applicable Command Station equipment.
Monitor Building HVAC and Lighting Systems 24/7.
Ability to record and maintain the daily building access log and ensure all persons entering the PCC are entered into the electronic health tracking system via the appropriate application or electronic tablet.
Assist with operating the ABI Mastermind management system at all PCC entrances, including visitor registration, security screening, and building labor check-in.
Other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the Security Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma

Monitor alerts: Operators watch security systems, alarms, and surveillance cameras for signs of a potential threat or emergency.
Assess and verify incidents: They evaluate incoming alerts to determine if they are genuine before taking action.
Dispatch emergency services: Operators dispatch police, fire, or medical services when a real emergency is confirmed.
Contact clients: They also communicate with clients, employees, or other designated contacts to inform them of an incident or to verify information.
Document incidents: They are responsible for accurately documenting all incidents, responses, and communications.
Operate equipment: Operators use a variety of equipment, including computers, communication systems, and surveillance technology, to perform their duties

Job Purpose
To operate and monitor milling and sifting equipment used in the fine metal refining process, ensuring materials are reduced, sorted, and processed according to quality and safety standards that support Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan's global recycling mission.
Key Responsibilities
Operate ball milling and sifting machinery to reduce and refine processed materials.
Identify, sort, and process metals according to type and job instructions.
Maintain consistent operation of equipment in a hot and noisy industrial environment.
Perform cleaning, descaling, and basic maintenance of equipment as needed.
Record data accurately and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and all company safety procedures.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in milling, construction, cement mixing, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, or recycling preferred.
Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Physical and Safety Requirements
Must have reliable, independent transportation (remote location with no public transit).
Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
Comfortable working on your feet in a hot, industrial environment.
Must be able to wear full PPE, including a Tyvek suit, hearing protection, and supplied air respirator (fit test required).
Must comply with all corporate health and safety standards.
Compliance Requirements
Employment in this position requires compliance with NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) standards and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements. Candidates must meet all applicable compliance criteria to be eligible for employment.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
