The Control Room Operator observes all Puratos Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and SQF standards. This role operates all manual, automatic and or material handling equipment, safely and efficiently, while maintaining high quality standards that meet or exceed Puratos and customer requirements. Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30-11 PM (due to the nature of the role, weekend coverage is required periodically). Primary Responsibilities Must be able to safely work with automated industrial equipment, including operation, changeovers and basic maintenance Report all food safety and quality issues to immediate Supervisor and / Quality technician.
