Key Responsibilities Operate thermo-stamping machines, presses, and related equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures. Prepare composite materials, tooling, and lay-ups required for production. Monitor machine settings, temperatures, pressure cycles, and run times to ensure accurate part forming. Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and quality compliance; flag any nonconformance. Perform routine machine checks, clean molds, and support basic maintenance tasks. Record production data, cycle counts, scrap, and material usage in XA or other tracking systems. Follow job travelers, routers, and all production documentation with accuracy.
