Job Description
THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We're open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can't wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).
Essential Functions
Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
Identify, locate, and gather product for distribution to specified areas
Assemble, build, and transport customer orders
Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift to transport items through our certification program
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Shoes should be sturdy and provide full coverage, ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material. Once the probationary period has concluded (60 days) employees receive an allotment to receive customized EVERSANA uniforms.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Work experience in a fast-paced, distribution warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred
Previous forklift operation experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED), from any accredited institution inside or outside of the US.
Strong verbal communication skills required
Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation (a calculator may be used)
Ability to follow instructions without deviation required
Ability to work the required hours (expect 40hrs/week), in addition to overtime (as needed)

Essential Duties:
Under general supervision, operates in all areas of the plant. Receives direction from the Lead Operator on routine operations. Receives close direction on non-routine operations.
Determines tank levels using level indicators, gauge glasses, measuring tapes, etc
Loads and unloads trucks ensuring correct connections to storage tanks and proper weight of loaded vehicles
Loads and unloads rail cars
Performs basic analytical tests, including pH, density, and alkalinity
Adjusts gas flow to control evaporator temperatures and samples evaporators

Loads drums and/or tote containers to correct weight
Maintains plant housekeeping

The Production Operator I is responsible for the operation of the on line color extruder, Compounding Twin Screw Extruders, operation of all quality testing equipment, the making of concentrates, set up of feed for the lines and finished product packaging and storage. * Remains in continual voice (radio), hand, and or communication with job foreman while operating the hydraulic platform trailer

Qualifications:
* One year experience as heavy equipment (or comparable equipment) operator
* Additional equipment specific training will be provided
* Completion of High School or secondary education is preferred
* Must have CDL
* Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic Systems and components is preferred
* Able to interpret manufacturer specification sheets and schematics
* Mechanical aptitude preferred
* Must be willing to travel anytime, anywhere for extended periods of time
* Must work well under pressure
* Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times

Your Role on Our Team:
The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product
Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped
Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination
Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location
Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork
Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment
Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Requires education equivalent to four years of high school
Experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit Down Forklift, and an Electric Pallet Jack
