Job description

* Ensure product identification throughout the process with double checks (two sets of initials)
* Print and accurately complete all necessary information to fulfill work orders.
* Prepare seed for shipping and receiving.
* Implement preventive maintenance for plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Quality Inspection
* Maintain integrity and accuracy in data entry and JDE or STARLIMS transactions.
* Execute sampling procedures per established requirements to maintain company quality standards.
* Responsible for product quality assessments and adherence to product specifications.

Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain Company standards for safety, quality, food safety, sanitation and GMPs.
* Provide troubleshooting, repair and support on the equipment, instrumentation systems and supporting equipment including most mechanical, some electrical and some electronic aspects.
* Operate and monitor equipment within the assigned area.
* Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs. This includes operating equipment to verify operational efficiency.
