About the Role:
As an Intermodal Equipment Operator (also known as a Terminal Operator), you'll play a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of shipping containers within our intermodal yard. You'll operate specialized equipment-such as hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders-to load, unload, and relocate containers as part of our daily logistics operations. Your work ensures containers are handled accurately and safely, keeping freight moving on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.

Machine Setup: Prepare and set up the UV print machine by loading the appropriate inks, calibrating the print heads, and adjusting machine settings to match the printing requirements.

--- Generate and review change detection, meter read exception and change management reports on a daily basis.
--- Support the PMO/Installer in the implementation and deployment of new print technology, support services, and ARMS upload.
--- Create and Manage the CHL (Customer Hierarchy Level or Reporting Structure) with the client.
--- Manage to the on-going Acceptance/Schedule Document Process and Procedures.
--- Facilitate signature of the Acceptance Document or Asset Schedule with the customer.
--- Allocate charges (set up cost centers) in ARMS as defined by customer.
--- Maintain a 98% Meter Read Capture Rate.
--- Track equipment inventory & non-network connected device usage as necessary.
Process/Procedure Development & Maintenance:
--- Create site operations desktop procedures/manuals.
--- Develop processes or procedures as needed based on customer requirements.
--- Maintain and update process/procedures as needed.

The Liquid Load Out Operator is responsible for getting liquid load outs done on time by using effective communication skills to coordinate loads with production staff and drivers.
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of the bay areas
Communicate with drivers, loader and breaker operators, assist on the breakers as needed
Move tankers in and out of bays
Drive yard dogs as needed
Record documentation for eggs in silos using software programs such as MS Word and Business Central
Keep work area clean, follow GMP, follow safety protocol, and wear appropriate PPE
Other duties as assigned
