The Production Operator is responsible for performing a variety of bottling line functions and, over time, shall become proficient at all bottling line functions.

Forklift experience is required and must be able to pass our forklift training class within three (3) days after start date
Rate of pay is $22.50 per hour and shift differential is available based on night shift work schedule. This will be discussed during the interview.
GMP & PPE Required
While on the production floor in the plant you will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone entering the production floor must follow the GMP rules in their employee handbook, which includes the required hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is also required that all personnel wear safety glasses. Follows standard operating procedures including quality checks and procedures for all operations. Also follows HACCP and SQF requirements for food quality and safety.
Essential Job Duties:
Inspects and takes corrective action at all times.
Monitors bottling line, filling cap bin, inspecting and assuring the continuous flow of bottles; and, monitors the accuracy of bottle coding.
Monitors labeler bottling line, filling labeler, inspecting and assuring the continuous application of labels; and, assures continuous supply of glue.
Monitors new bottles going into bottling room and corrects jamming.
Monitors case packer.
Documents case production on production sheet.
Follows standard operating procedures for all operations.
Maintains clean, orderly and safe work area at all times.

About the Role:
You will be at the heart of our operation, running state-of-the-art Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printers to create high-quality custom apparel. Your primary focus will be on producing vibrant, lasting designs on t-shirts and other garments for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain DTF and DTG printing equipment.
Prepare garments for printing, including loading and positioning.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure every print meets our high standards.
Perform basic finishing tasks, such as heat-pressing and peeling.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Experience with Pantone books, Ergosoft RIP software as well as EFI Vutek/Reggiani print equipment and Dye-Sublimation 2 step transfer process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain daily printing and maintenance on UV and/or Dye Sublimation equipment
Responsible for quality of jobs printed (output, correct images/quantities, color, material quality).
Read and understand work orders and written instructions
Communicates with Art Team & Finishers regarding any critical job details
Able to complete preventative maintenance on equipment as well as successfully troubleshoot printing problems
Willingness to cross-train on other equipment and other departments
Physical demands: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
2nd shift - Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm schedule with OT as needed.

**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must have completed an accredited military or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airfield Management/Flight Service school.
+ Minimum of four (4) years' experience at a civilian flight service or Military Base Operations or equivalent experience in an airport management field.
