Assist the department with additional work, as needed and/or requested. Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced mail room environment is preferred. Demonstrate effective written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational, strong time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, and basic PC literacy. Must exhibit a strong customer service philosophy and attitude. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Work effectively independently and as a member of a team and work with all levels of employees. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds independently.
