In this role, you will work to keep the robots in the field happy and healthy. Your responsibilities include: * Instructing robots via a web-based portal* Responding to customer support calls and resolving technical issues* Learning protocols for diagnosing and solving robot issues* Tracking robot performance and providing feedback to engineering* Reporting bugs and testing new features This role is shift-based and requires regular weekend coverage.
