Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a wide range of machinery to fabricate, process, and assemble chain and other operations associated to ensure that all processes are maintained and run to the high levels of efficiency and quality stipulated by US Tsubaki standards.

Must have the ability to learn to operate simple production equipment with minimal amount of instruction.
Basic numeric and writing skills are essential.
High level of dexterity and flexible nature essential.
Requires sufficient knowledge of all types of production equipment for example: grinders, drilling machines, ballizers, automatic equipment, semi-automatic equipment, power presses, greasing, and packaging equipment, and tooling required, to maintain close tolerances and work specifications.

Your Impact
The Print Operator is a key role responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of production processes at Decorative Films. This position involves managing day-to-day printing operations, maintaining optimal stock levels of print inventory, inspecting printed products for quality assurance, slitting materials to required specifications, and conducting the packaging of finished products. Additionally, the role includes constructing boxes for shipping orders, cleaning and maintaining printing machinery and work areas, and ensuring ink levels are consistently topped off. Proper storage procedures for printed materials must also be followed to maintain their quality and longevity.
What You'll Be Doing:
Executing timely and efficient loading and unloading of materials onto machinery.
Operate and maintain printing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Monitor and maintain print inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
Inspect printed materials for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
Slit materials to precise specifications based on product requirements.
Construct boxes and package finished products securely, following correct packaging protocols for shipping.
Maintain and clean printing machinery, work areas, and equipment to ensure proper functioning and a safe, organized environment.
Keep ink levels topped off to ensure consistent print quality and machine operation.
Follow established storage procedures to ensure the proper handling and preservation of printed products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
You will be frequently lifting and carrying heavy items, walking and standing on concrete for long periods, and working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay focused and competent under pressure.
You'll Bring:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, including large-format and high-volume printers.
Proficiency in machine operation, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution, including mechanical and software-related problems.
Some understanding of color management, including calibration tools and ensuring color accuracy and consistency throughout production.
Some understanding of pre-press and finishing processes, including RIP file preparation, print-ready file verification, and post-press finishing.
High attention to detail to ensure print quality, proper alignment, and adherence to job specifications.
Ability to identify potential production issues (substrate concerns, color inconsistencies) and take corrective action proactively.
Ability to follow production schedules and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with designers, project managers, and team members.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, techniques, and workflows, with flexibility to handle shifting priorities and last-minute requests.

Flippo Construction Company, Inc is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. The Excavator Operator is responsible for safely operating the equipment to perform activities to include excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, and clean up, in support of underground utility projects. The Excavator Operator is responsible for the safety of employees, pedestrians, traffic, and equipment that enter their work area. The operator must be able to achieve maximum production from the equipment and have knowledge of hazards associated with equipment operation.
Responsibilities:
Operate the equipment in a proper and safe manner in support of underground utility projects.
Visually check for utilities, if utility locates are not marked or cannot be defined.
Inspect and conduct general maintenance to the equipment.
Assist the fuel driver in fueling your equipment.
Grease the equipment daily.
Keep equipment clean from dirt and excess grease.
Change buckets on equipment.
Check oil, battery, transmission, hydraulic systems, tires, radiators, tracks, and back-up alarms for the proper levels or operation prior to starting the day's work. An equipment inspection report must be filled out and turned in weekly to either your foreman or your designated shop facility.
Report all equipment breakdowns immediately.
Take direction from the Foreman or in their absence their designated appointee.
Always be near or on the machine during the day unless you are directed otherwise by a supervisor.
Assist the crew in other useful work as directed, when the machine is not in use.
Attend weekly tool-box talks and all other company safety meetings.
Work in all types of weather conditions or climate, unless there is an immediate threat of danger.
Requirements:
Must have 2 years of prior experience operating an excavator in support of underground utility projects.
Must possess a current DC Operators License.
Knowledgeable about the machine, its correct method of operation, and limitations.
The position of an operator requires the individual to possess the physical ability to perform the following task for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Negotiate rough terrain.
Climb in and out of manholes, excavations, and/or other confined or enclosed spaces.
Climb up and down from equipment either to operate it or to perform routine maintenance checks.
Carry and use trade associated tools, equipment, or material up to a weight of 95 pounds.
Have adequate vision to observe and follow hand signals.
Stand, stoop, bend, reach, climb, walk, or sit.

Basic Purpose
Positions in this job family are responsible for operating power equipment and performing related tasks in the maintenance and repair of highways.
Typical Functions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required at this level include knowledge of the safe operation and maintenance of power equipment or heavy machinery. Ability is required to perform manual labor; to maintain and operate power equipment; and to follow instructions.
Special Requirements
Possession of a valid Oklahoma driver's license at time of employment.
Some agencies may require possession of a valid Oklahoma commercial driver's license, class A or B with appropriate endorsements referenced in United States Department of Transportation Title 47, Chapter 6, Section 101 et seq. at time of appointment.
Persons appointed to positions at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation or the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority must possess or obtain a commercial driver's license, class A, no later than five months from the date of appointment.

Requirements
Trainee - Level I Operator:
High school diploma, GED, or Associate Degree.
1-3 years of experience in a physically demanding environment.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Level II Operator (OSD/Solid Dose Manufacturing Experience Required)
High school diploma, GED, or Associate Degree.
3-7 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Forklift certification may be required for specific roles.
Level III Operator (OSD/Solid Dose Manufacturing Experience Required)
High school diploma, GED, or Associate Degree.
7+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with relevant certification or demonstrated proficiency.
Required Knowledge & Skills For Levels II & III
Experience in solid dose manufacturing (OSD) and equipment operation.
Proficiency in areas like Compression, Granulation, Encapsulation, Coating, etc.

The Excavator Operator is responsible for the safety of employees, pedestrians, traffic, and equipment that enter their work area. The operator must be able to achieve maximum production from the equipment and have knowledge of hazards associated with equipment operation. Responsibilities: * Operate the equipment in a proper and safe manner in support of underground utility projects. * Visually check for utilities, if utility locates are not marked or cannot be defined. * Inspect and conduct general maintenance to the equipment. * Assist the fuel driver in fueling your equipment. * Grease the equipment daily. * Keep equipment clean from dirt and excess grease. * Change buckets on equipment. * Check oil, battery, transmission, hydraulic systems, tires, radiators, tracks, and back-up alarms for the proper levels or operation prior to starting the day's work.
