Maintain accurate production records, including the quantity and quality of plastic components produced during each shift to ensure information integrity. Collaborate with colleagues in the manufacturing department to ensure the seamless production of plastic products by communicating and providing assistance where necessary. Maintain a clean and organized working area to contribute to safety and well-being of co-workers. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting and/or operating plastic cutting equipment for blow molding, injection molding, and extruder machine products, is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. Ability to use simple math arithmetic - addition and subtraction. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, bilingual is a plus. Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 25 lbs. repetitively and stand for extended periods. WORKING CONDITIONS: The job involves working in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled and where exposure to heat, loud noise and dust is common.
