Key job responsibilities
You will work with cross function team to deliver AWS roadmap in order to achieve manufacturing operation readiness for new product release. You are the subject matter expert of manufacturing test for server/network/storage rack integration and always provide timely effective solution to production. You will work with AWS engineering and lead manufacturing test development and deployment in our global manufacturing factories. You are responsible for an effective, efficient, and standardized manufacturing test enablement for every NPI product. You provide DFt input to achieve better design for quality, productivity, and cost. You will manage day-to-day manufacturing engineering issues and provide engineering issue diagnostic support in order to keep manufacturing up and running. You own engineering change management and drive manufacturing test readiness to implement engineering change. You are a leader but also a doer who can roll up sleeves to resolve any manufacturing impacting issues, whether it is design, process, testing, supplier quality issue. You are the SME of manufacturing test infrastructure for computing products and are able to optimize the test capacity utilization to achieve quality, productivity and cost objective. same time.
A day in the life
You are the manufacturing test subject matter expert who is responsible for manufacturing test capability enablement for new product release. You will work closely with engineering and New Product Operation team to meet NPI release objectives: On-Time, Quality and Productivity. You will enable manufacturing engineering capability required for AWS solution. You are also responsible to provide engineering support for any manufacturing impacting engineering or quality issue. You will drive continuous improvement on quality, productivity, cost and establish sustainable and scalable manufacturing capability. You will manage NPI risks and rapid & frequent engineering change requests in response to customer's need.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

The Plant Operator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating the equipment within the plant boundaries, and may be asked to assist with supporting equipment in the surrounding area. This position must continually strive to maintain the highest standards for safety, excellence, leadership, and professionalism, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of Canes Midstream.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Adhere to all safety practices, procedures, and policies
* Monitor operational parameters and make necessary adjustments to meet specific production targets
* Perform skilled routine and non-routine maintenance on plant and surrounding equipment. This can include equipment such as: Compressors Pumps Filter Houses In-Line Screens Piping and Valving Automobiles Pressurized Process Vessels and Supporting Equipment
* Create and maintain operational and inspection records
* Document all operational activities via plant logs and computer records
* Ensure proper housekeeping
* Recommend facility modifications or procedure changes to enhance operation and cost analysis
* Must comply with facility regulations and respond within critical time limitations to unusual operating conditions and changing operational modes
* Various other tasks as required
Perform any other related duties as requested or assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS

* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
* Perform work operations which permit frequent opportunity for decision-making of minor importance and also frequent opportunity for decision-making of major importance; the latter of which would affect the work operations of other employees and/or clientele to a moderate degree.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc.; plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
* Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid Drivers License.
* Must successfully complete all required pre-employment testing.
* Must have a valid Texas Drivers License and maintain insurability with corporate insurance company.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Preference will be given to qualified applicants with one to three years experience in maintenance of gas gathering.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
* Intermediate: Alphanumeric Data Entry, Database, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing
* Basic: Contact Management

Job Description
The Shipping Operator I prepares pipe for shipment and makes final repairs prior to shipment.
Follows all safety policies and initiates safety improvements.
Consults with team leader or shipping list to determine which pipe is required for shipping preparation.
Reads, understands, and interprets specifications for pipe finishing and for bracing pipe in preparation for shipping.
Operates industrial powered equipment to move material and pipe to required locations.
Provides service to all areas associated with the movement of pipe and pipe related components.
Moves support devices as needed in storage yard to safely support pipe at required location.
Collects pipe from various work areas, delivers to storage location, or moves pipe from storage location to work area as required.
Loads outgoing trucks and railcars and ensures load is properly secured to ride safely and without damage.
Inventories materials in yard or other storage areas, and supplies shipping with materials as needed including cycle count and auditing.
Lubricates truck, recharges batteries, fills fuel tank, or performs other light maintenance as required; contacts maintenance department or supervisor if other repairs or maintenance are needed.
Performs pipe repairs according to procedure.
Prepares bunks according to drawings.
Mentors and trains lesser experienced equipment operators as directed by supervision.
Maintains daily production log; submits log on daily basis.
Assists drivers to position components/pipes properly.
Completes daily inspections and submits.
Measures wood pieces for stulling or bracing pipe; selects proper wood pieces, cuts and shapes as required for proper fit in pipe and install.
Places bracings in completed pipe according to shipping specifications.
Places end caps on pipe.
Positions bunks on to trucks or rail cars.
Bands individual pipes and pipe groupings to rail car.
Performs other tasks as instructed by management.
