We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual who is willing to be a valued member of our team. This is a very unique position and we require this individual to be flexible and willing to keep the customers in mind at all times; while maintaining Quality of Workmanship, Safety, Accountability, and Teamwork, which is vital to our mission. The individual in this position will review work orders, manufacturing drawings and set-up sheets, select proper tools, set-up machine and produce a test piece to qualify correct setup with Quality Management. The Operator will work within quality guidelines to ensure that parts are compliant to customer requirements. The position will assist in the development and improvement of company operating procedure under its Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Program.
