🌾 Grain Elevator Operations Associate This position plays an important role in the daily operation of the grain facility. The employee will be responsible for receiving grain, loading outbound shipments, assisting with storage and handling, and supporting crop protection activities when needed. Clean equipment as instructed; sweeps, mops, scrapes floor in work area. Follow Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP's) at all times. Verbally communicate instructions, problems, etc. to co-workers, supervisors and employees from all departments. Meet company attendance standards of start and end time for work as scheduled.
