The Operator 2, Machine position is responsible for operating molding equipment on the production Machine to safely manufacturing the required quantity and quality standards of finished product to meet the customer's specifications.
Various day and night shift positions available. Shift differential up to 20% hourly rate shift differential for night shifts. Shifts range from 3.5 days a week to 5 days a week depending on position.

The Lift Operator 3 performs all Lift Operator duties in addition to supporting the training and development of new staff. Supports Lift Operations Supervisor in guiding and training Lift Operator 1 and 2.

Oversees daily operations of a lift.

Ensures all lifts are closed correctly at the end of each shift.
Fills out daily operation logs.
Performs snow removal and maintenance of lift ramps.
Checks guest lift tickets.

Ensure that the maximum amount of returned concrete is recycled into blocks instead of waste
Green-star plant managers must comply with the EMS and the Green-star plan for your location
Maintain inventory to meet production demands and customer needs
Timely and accurate month end inventory reports and other month end paperwork as assigned
EDUCATION: High School Education or Equivalent
Requirements:
A valid CDL Class B Driver's License and driving record within the tolerable insurability limits (Carroll Concrete Company's discretion) is preferable
Must be able to lift/maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds as required throughout the workday
Must be able to maneuver in and out of truck safely to operate as needed
Ability to inspect all areas on mixers and plant
Ability to climb ladder to check inventories and or to perform plant maintenance
Perform multiple tasks under stressful situations over long periods of time while maintaining proper composure
Must be able to work long and flexible hours as necessary
CDL holders must pass DOT (Department of Transportation) physical as well as federally mandated alcohol and drug testing requirements

The Production Operator is responsible for the production of the company's products within prescribed specifications and efficient machine operation. Daily responsibilities include setting up and operating production machines each day according to established procedures, minimizing waste, inspecting equipment and product, maintaining an adequate supply of operating materials for production, maintaining tools and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
3rd Shift Schedule - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00am to 6:30pm - Work 36 hours - get paid 40! Shift differential applies for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements

**Forklift Operator** The Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient flow of materials, supplies, and products within our facilities while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP's high standards in safety and quality.
**Shift and Schedule:**
This is a full time position working 12 hour shifts on a 3-4 rotations **.** Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
+ N2: Friday - Sunday, with alternating Thursdays, from 6:00pm - 6:15am
**Position Responsibilities:**
1. Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times. 2. Learn to safely operate multiple types of powered industrial trucks in environments with pedestrians. 3. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are in place while loading/unloading trucks.4. Collaborate with production team by interpreting production needs, supplying line with materials and transporting finished product to warehouse or trailers. 5.
