Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Foreman/Supervisor, the Installation Technician will follow specific instructions and standard trade practices to install, dismantle, or reassemble a variety of warehouse automation and conveying systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
Transport equipment to the installation area and perform machine testing after installation.
Operate mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience with the installation of warehouse equipment is preferred
Individuals who are electrically and/or mechanically inclined are strongly preferred

* Translate Research into Client-Ready Design Solutions: Turn insights from discovery and stakeholder interviews into wireframes, blueprints, low/high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and service flows.

What You Will Bring:
Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Engineering or related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
Must have seven (7) years of experience with: contributing to product strategy, defining product vision, and developing/prioritizing product roadmaps for IT solutions; conducting user research, performing market analysis, and translating findings into clear, concise, and measurable product requirements and user stories; and working effectively with engineering, design, and other business stakeholders to deliver IT products and align on priorities.
Must have five (5) years of experience with: working within Agile or
Scrum development environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management; defining, tracking, and analyzing key product performance metrics to identify improvement areas and inform product decisions; IT infrastructure, software development principles, or enterprise IT services relevant to the products being managed; and common product management software.

The salary range for this position is $209,206 - $326,280/year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

POSITION DETAILS
Serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction in -store. This position will also be a mobile tech which would travel to customer locations and complete repairs at the customer's site. The repairs will be scheduled Monday through Sunday from 7AM-9PM. A corporate vehicle will be provided for the technician to drive to the job sites.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window
Inform customers of job status (En route, Arrived, etc.)
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
Provide recommendations for problem resolution
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all van stock
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the repair van
