Job Description:
Oppenheimer Asset Management (OAM), a division of Oppenheimer, is seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Professional to join their Sales and Marketing team to work directly with Oppenheimer Financial Advisors in the Midwest Region. This role can be based in Chicago, St. Louis or New York City.
Responsibilities:
Support Oppenheimer Financial Advisors' efforts in marketing and presenting the firm's wealth management products and investment capabilities to clients.
Educate and train Oppenheimer Financial Advisors on the suite of products available on the wealth management platform.
Develop strong relationships with OAM Financial Advisors, OAM team members, as well as third party investment management partners through frequent engagement and strategic collaboration.
Develop in-depth understanding of suite of wealth management products, existing and new.
Demonstrates a strong interest in financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments with a desire to stay informed and engaged in market activity.
Collaborate with team members to ensure coordination of territory coverage.
Ensure presentation materials are accurate and up to date.
Travel required, including but not limited to, branch locations to meet with Oppenheimer Financial Advisors and/or clients.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of sales experience in asset management or within an investment manager platform.
FINRA Registrations: Series 7 and 66 licenses required (within 90 days of hire).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional role.
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Possesses a firm understanding of SMA's, alternative investments and traditional wrap fee products.
Confident and effective in client facing meetings and presentations.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Compensation:
For job postings in New York City and Chicago, Oppenheimer is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the City of New York and Chicago and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making salary decisions including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.

The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative coordination and support to the Brand Marketing & Communications (BMC) department head. This includes coordinating travel, setting up meetings, interacting with executive-level assistants across the firm, and managing sensitive information and initiatives. Assist in the preparation and execution of industry and company research and analyses for use in the formulation of security analyses. William Blair is seeking undergraduate students to participate in a 10-week internship program during the summer of 2026. The program is designed to promote technology careers among high performing individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in the technology space, including but not limited to women currently enrolled, or intending to enroll, in a technology related program. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Configure and Implement Infrastructure and security systems (network, server, cloud, security)

This is a senior technical position within the endpoint team, primarily responsible for the administration, configuration, and oversight of the firm's mobility and endpoint platforms. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of mobile application and endpoint device management systems, with accountability for ensuring their operational continuity and alignment with enterprise standards. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining endpoint policies to govern security, access, and compliance across the organization. The Director of Modern Workplace and Digital User Experience is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and evolving the company's digital workplace vision. We are seeking a Lead Technology Project Manager AI to lead the delivery of strategic AI initiatives across Private Wealth Management. This role will play a critical part in enhancing advisor effectiveness, client engagement, and operational decision-making through responsible AI implementation.
The Lead Technology Project Manager AI will partner directly with the Director of Technology for PWM Engineering & Data to translate PWM's AI strategy into executable delivery plans. Strategic Planning & Execution

AI Platform Evaluation & Implementation
Lead and manage both vendor-led and internally developed AI platforms, ensuring consistent execution standards, data integration, and stakeholder alignment across all initiatives.
Lead platform evaluation and implementation for AI vendor tools to drive Private Wealth Management initiatives. Includes use case documentation, business requirements gathering, and integration planning.
Manage internal AI platform initiatives in partnership with PWM's AI Data Science team.
Coordinate with the firm's Central Technologies/Infrastructure team and PWM's Data Engineering team to ensure infrastructure readiness and data integration for AI platforms.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination
Drive agile sprint planning and execution across Data Engineering, Data Science, and external vendor teams.
Maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders throughout the AI project lifecycle.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of AI projects, providing direction and support to internal teams and vendor partners.
Ensure projects meet timing, budget, and quality objectives. Update plans as needed to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure formal project closeout, including documentation of lessons learned, stakeholder reporting, and transition to ongoing support or enhancement phases.
Change Management & Adoption
Support change management and AI solution adoption across the PWM business.
Ensure PWM's AI solutions are designed with advisor workflows in mind, incorporating feedback loops and usability testing to drive adoption and impact.
Promote AI fluency by helping teams understand PWM's AI capabilities, limitations, and use cases through documentation, demos, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
7+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years delivering AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics solutions.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects involving cloud-based data pipelines, ML models, and cross-functional teams.
Expert project management skills across all phases: planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, communication, documentation, and change management.
Familiarity with the AI/Machine Learning lifecycle, including model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Robust experience managing AI vendor platform evaluation through end-to-end implementation, including data integrations.

The Occupier Solutions Technology (OST) Product Manager is responsible for establishing a firm grasp of Portfolio Strategy, Location Strategy, Transaction Management, Lease Administration and Accounting, Capital Planning, Construction Project Management and other Portfolio Management focused technology solution capabilities factoring in direct Occupier customer needs while aligning to other preferred technologies in the Newmark OST technology stack. The OST Product Manager designs the functional and technical solutions that allow Newmark OS service teams to attract, enable and optimize client service solutions and delivery within timely and cost-effective format. This includes performing system, data and process modelling, as well as analysis and planning to design OST solutions that meets the business needs, including financial guidelines and estimates. Design details may include hardware, network, software, data mapping, process, integration and workflow design and development. Integration design is focused on financial, human resources and property management systems for internal and client requirements. This role requires research and partnering with client service experts, information security, compliance, system administration, system architects, Newmark and vendor/partner product developers, as well as direct client engagement in support of technical and functional requirements development.
Roadmap & Go-to-Market
The OST Product Manager will produce a comprehensive global product functional solution stack and roadmap that presents and effectively communicates the solution and how it meets the service line and client requirements through an iterative process. This includes development of a product or platform strategy including maintaining and controlling a technology roadmap including future deliverables targeted for near and future communicated release dates.
The OST Product Manager maintains the product technology roadmap in coordination with primary technology vendors and developers (including integration & business intelligence teams) key service line stakeholders, technology leadership, solution, delivery and support teams. The OST Product Manager may develop and participate in the execution of technical design, providing continued guidance and decision making throughout the design and development phases, providing test planning and user acceptance performance or coordination of resources as well as documenting any significant design changes, solution approaches to the knowledge base in support of best practices in solution deployment and support.

As a technology visionary, the OST Product Manager will consult and recommend strategic solutions to the business, other technology platform leads and customers. Solution expertise includes knowledge of Newmark's global technologies, competitor technologies as well as emerging industry trends and capabilities in support of product innovation.

The expected base salary for this is a maximum of $210,000 annually.
