The Research Associate will work closely with the lead analyst to develop and market equity research products, including research reports, financial models, and industry analyses. The role requires independence, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset, as the associate will take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, including financial model building and updating, report writing, and other related tasks. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask are essential. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of one year of equity research experience Strong background in finance and accounting Proficiency in modeling complex businesses Key Qualifications and Skills: Financial Modeling & Analysis: Ability to build and maintain integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models; organize and maintain industry data; Writing & Communication: Strong analytical and writing skills for producing company initiations, equity research reports, and marketing presentations; Industry Passion: Genuine interest in the stock market, technology sector, and equity research.
