Stacee Hasenbalg is Chief Compliance Officer at OppLoans, a leading financial technology platform that powers banks to help middle income, credit-challenged consumers build a better financial path. Ms. Hasenbalg has over 20 years of legal, compliance and managerial expertise in advising boards and senior executives in the changing regulatory environment. She is a strategic and collaborative partner.

Ms. Hasenbalg has vast experience advising financial organizations regarding consumer regulatory legal and compliance matters, governance, international and domestic mergers & acquisitions, risk management, and regulatory compliance under BSA/AML/Patriot Act, Dodd-Frank and other bank and securities regulations. She has developed excellent crisis management skills. In addition, Ms. Hasenbalg is an experienced not-for-profit board director. Ms. Hasenbalg is licensed in the State of Illinois.

Ms. Hasenbalg also is Co-Founder of Femmebought, an online community, directory and resource for women founders, owners and entrepreneurs. Femmebought connects consumers and businesses that want to buy from and hire women-owned businesses.

Yuri Ter-Saakyants is a Chief Technology Officer at OppFi. He attended DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Karishma Patel Buford is the current Chief People Officer, Head of Employee Health and Performance. She previously worked at OppFi as a Chief People and Customer Officer. Karishma Patel Buford attended the University of Virginia.

Sal Hazday is a Chief Operating Officer at OPPFI INC. and Chief Operating Officer at OppLoans and is based in Chicago, Illinois. He works or has worked as SVP Service & Operations - Small Business Services at Automatic Data Processing Inc.. Sal attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 1998 and 2000 and Yale University between 1989 and 1993.
