ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The requirements listed below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, or responsibilities associated with this job.): Provides supportive and directive encouragement to assist persons served in developing employment skills including but not limited to assisting in job search, community placement, developing/writing/implementing program plans, quality of work, appropriate work interactions, attendance, hygiene, and completing online trainings. Provide job coaching and job development with persons served. This includes but not limited to maintaining contact with persons served and their employer, developing jobs, conducting worksite assessments, and job shadowing. Ensures quality completion of all contracted work within the employment services department. Completes timely and accurate documentation including but not limited to IPP notes, departmental interactions, program writing, service documentation/recording, and other documentation required by other governing bodies or for billing. Maintain a safe environment for persons served/staff and demonstrates safe work practices. Maintains a positive relationship with outside agencies, businesses, and contracted vendors of the employment services department. Provides supportive and directive encouragement to assist persons served in developing employment skills. Completes timely and accurate daily documentation required by OU and other governing bodies. Address issues that arise in a manner that adheres to OU's policies, guidelines, practices, and procedures. Ensure that all organizational, local, state and federal program guideline are being met and followed. Advise appropriate supervisor/manager/director of any issues to ensure efficient operations, and excellent service to all persons served. Perform and complete unplanned duties/activities or other assignments as assigned by management.
