Optanix CEO and leadership

Edmond Baydian serves as Optanix’s CTO and is responsible for developing and sustaining the strategic roadmap for Optanix products and services. Prior to joining Optanix, Edmond was at Verizon Enterprise Solutions (VES) where he held various roles devising and supporting services delivery to enterprise-class clientele. In his most recent role at VES, he served as director for strategy and service enablement and defined operational standards and system selection for new service offerings. Before that, Edmond held leadership and product roles for several industry-leading network management providers and systems management vendors including Nectar, SMARTs and Micromuse. Edmond has contributed to several patents in remote systems management strategies, data replication and load balancing, and distributed system command and control structures. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Queens College.

Mr. Mayers is responsible for ATSG’s rediCloud and rediManage lines of business which encompasses Managed services and Cloud Solutions. For the last 25 years, Mr. Mayers has delivered large-scale, enterprise wide Data Center and Cloud solutions to top financial, technology, retail and media firms. He has a particular strength in unifying an enterprise’s technologies to yield robust and comprehensive solutions. Collaborating with his customers, Mr. Mayers starts every engagement with a consultative approach to understand the business challenges and pain points. Mr. Mayers and his team create innovative technology solutions, either on a client’s premises or in the cloud, to enhance an organization’s resilience, reliability, scalability, and security.

Prior to joining ATSG, Mr. Mayers was a Principal at a leading technology consulting firm headquartered in New York City, specializing in building, monitoring and supporting custom technology solutions for organizations. In his 20 years at the firm, he helped to build numerous solution sets include Enterprise Networking, Storage, Systems, Virtualization, Voice, Managed and Cloud Services.

His projects have lead him throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Mayers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
