Raghurama Kote - fondly known as Kote, is an entrepreneur and a visionary with a demonstrated track record of translating business vision into measurable actions.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT Services Industry, Kote’s keen business acumen has led him to play key leadership roles, viz. Founder and COO of Opteamix, the President of CIBER India, Founder and CEO of Iteamic, and a Senior Partner at Ivega Corporation.

He currently serves as the COO of Opteamix, which was built on the principle of ‘Simplifying Greater Success’ - where each Opteamizer is poised to achieve higher goals, bigger targets, richer client experience, leading to a greater future filled with success for all. Kote personally believes that a happy workplace is directly proportionate to achieving greater success, and is on a mission to actuate happiness by instilling a value system, that can be echoed and lived every day.

Kote’s deep passion for philanthropy has given rise to Right To Live, which is a digital platform that connects corporates, donors, philanthropists, volunteers, not-for-profits, governments, and service providers to causes that aim to transform lives through quality education and health. Right To Live helps children get quality education, preventive healthcare, life skills, and the confidence they need to break free from poverty.

Kote holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Malnad College, Mysore University. Integrity, strong ethics, and the ability to carry his team along with him have helped Kote build strong client relationships, create a transparent work environment and mentor successful leaders.
