PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lift and carry materials as needed.
Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities.
Operate equipment as directed by equipment data sheets.
Sort and stack pallets and materials by size and grade utilizing APC methods
Complete and turn in all required documentation in a timely manner.
Assures compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures with applicable federal, State and local codes, OSHA regulations and requirements.
All other duties as assigned by management.

Working with everything from handguns and shotguns, to sniper rifles and ballistic missiles, the Small Arms/Artillery Repairer's main responsibility is to maintain the electronic systems that keep these weapons firing for the Army National Guard.

Job training for Small Arms/Artillery Repairers consists of 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you'll learn basic Soldiering skills, and 7 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. Training consists of both classroom and field work.
