Technician I Location: Troy, OH Full time, onsite position Hourly range: $17.00-20.00 The Technician I supports product development within the Lab Group, with responsibilities spanning prototype fabrication, mechanical testing, and manufacturing activities. This position works closely with engineers and fellow technicians to assemble test fixtures, conduct mechanical testing, inspect parts & components, and keep accurate records, reporting results to validate performance against customer requirements. Additional responsibilities include manufacturing prototype parts through welding robot operation, hand welding, assembly, painting, and performing quality checks, as well as supporting shipping, receiving, and logistics as needed. The Technician I is involved in multiple active projects and is expected to maintain high standards of quality, follow defined procedures, and contribute to the timely delivery of program milestones.
