We are in search of a managing optician who has excellent
opticianry skills and extensive experience in developing and
executing operational plans to ensure patient service
excellence.
What we look for in you as a Managerial Optician:
* Knowledgeable in all aspects of lenses
* An effective team leader with efficient management, problem
solving, and communication skills
* Business developer- in-depth knowledge of the business and can
drive business growth
* A few years experience being a managerial optician
* A reliable and accountable leader who can communicate
objectives well and deliver clear solutions to make sure health
and business standards are met
* Knowledgeable in the demographics of target clients
* Provide on-the-job training to team members, at the same time
serves as the quality analyst to ensure operations are running
smoothly
* Can come up with a marketing strategy (e.g. sales, promos, and
trunk shows, etc.) to attract more clients
* Create business opportunities by establishing a good
relationship with doctors in the area to obtain their referral
business
* As an optician, select the best frame, adjust and repair lenses
according to the clients’ needs
* Skilled in neutralizing lenses and operating equipment needed
in crafting and troubleshooting
* A go to person, someone to help with any issue
* Can educate clients’ with the benefits of every eyewear and
turn optical talks into optical sales
* Someone who is always up to date with the current optical
trends
* Talented at showcasing product and creating eye-catching
display
* Has a heart in providing quality eye care and a genuine concern
for the clients’ well being
