Optimal Blue CEO and leadership

Scott has thirty years of experience in financial services and mortgage lending technology. He founded Mortgagebot in 1997 and built the company into a nationally recognized SaaS solutions provider, selling the company to D+H in 2011. In 2016, Scott teamed with GTCR, a leading private equity firm, to acquire Optimal Blue, where he serves as CEO. Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

John leads Fieldglass' finance organization, overseeing all aspects of strategic finance, public and internal reporting, capital structure management, planning and analysis, business applications, treasury and investor relations. Previously John was CFO of The Merchandise Mart. John joined the Mart executive team in 2008, and was responsible for the integrity of all financial information and systems to meet public company requirements. John previously held senior financial roles with OfficeMax Incorporated and CVS Caremark Corporation. Under his tenure, John executed strategic analysis initiatives, mergers & acquisitions transactions, financings, planning and analysis initiatives, and cultivated banking relationships to enable exponential growth and valuation enhancement. John earned a Bachelor's degree in business from the University of Denver and a MBA degree from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Stuart became Optimal Blue’s first CFO in March 2014. He brings over 20 years of experience at public and private technology companies, leading all facets of finance, accounting, legal, and administration. He oversees all strategic and operational finance and accounting functions, and ensures that Optimal Blue is fully accountable to its stakeholders.
