I enjoy being able to work with a wide range of clients and business within the valley. I have learned a lot over the time with them.
The training program and communication is not what it should be between all staff.
Being able to work with all my clients and show them they can successfully succeed in the work environment

There pay raise scale is none. After working there for let’s say over 15 years people still make the EXACT SAME AMOUNT as a new hire. And we do so much more than a new employee
