Christie Clinic's department of OB/GYN is seeking a PRN (as needed) Ultrasonographer between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at the University clinic, with no night or weekend requirements. Duties include the performance of a wide range of ultrasound procedures in order to produce results for providers in the diagnosis of diseases. Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound program with RDMS (OB/GYN) or registry eligible for RDMS (OB/GYN), demonstrate clinical experience performing Obstetrical and Gynecological Sonography, evidence of annual completion of health related courses and/or seminars with a certificate and/or CEU's in accordance with ARDMS (OB/GYN) is required. Previous OB/GYN Ultrasound experience strongly preferred. Job Qualifications and Expectations JOB DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.) Evaluate the clinical history and document history to record into the system notes. Recognize the need for additional imaging and/or positioning to fully illustrate the area in question.
