Up to $100,000 sign on bonus! The CRNA is responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized anesthesia care plans, administering anesthesia, monitoring patients intraoperatively, and managing recovery from anesthesia. This role ensures safe, effective, and compassionate care while upholding the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient history, physical examination, and review of diagnostic data.
Develop and implement anesthesia care plans tailored to patient needs and surgical requirements.
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in a variety of clinical settings.
Monitor patients' vital signs, depth of anesthesia, and physiologic status during procedures.
Respond to emergency situations and provide airway management, resuscitation, and critical care support as needed.
Ensure safe emergence from anesthesia and provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other members of the care team.
Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.

Maintains current certification as CRNA. Masters degree preferred. New graduates must be certified as soon as possible.

As a contracted Ophthalmologist or Optometrist with Leidos QTC Health Service, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties including:
Performing comprehensive vision screenings
Interpreting clinical data
Refraction and prescription
Tonometry
Vision screen with color - with and without correction
Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Pre and Post-Deployment Assessments
Required Qualifications:
MD or OD from an accredited university or college
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience as an Ophthalmologist or Optometrist.
Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice
Completed Education and training in an US accredited college or university
Ability to pass a medical clearance
Ability to pass a NACI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience conducting occupational medical examinations
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible Schedule: Appointments are typically scheduled approximately 5 to 7 days of notification. You set the pace and frequency!

Job Qualifications and Expectations
JOB DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
Perform a wide range of Ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to, obstetrical and gynecological.
Assist the Obstetrician/Gynecologist in special scans such as Sonohysterograms and Amniocentesis.
Ensure that sterile and aseptic techniques are use at all times.
Prepare exam room for each patient, clean, and restock daily.
Greet the patient, explain the procedure, prepare and position the patient, select appropriate transducers and other necessary items for the procedure.
Evaluate the ordered exam to ensure it is correct, make any necessary changes to the electronic order prior to scanning the patient.
Verify that the exam on the work list is the correct exam and that the accession number matches the number on the order.
Evaluate the clinical history and document history to record into the system notes.
Recognize the need for additional imaging and/or positioning to fully illustrate the area in question.
Adjust frequency, gain, depth, focal zone, size and field of view. Use Harmonies or Color Doppler and other factors as necessary.
Verify the images on the system, making certain that all images have arrived and all notes are correct.
Attend and participate in CI huddles
Perform related work as required.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching and lifting up to 25 pounds. Hearing within, or correctable to, normal range, vision correctable to 20/20 and manual dexterity for the operation of office equipment is required.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in an outpatient environment. Patient loads are high and the work is fast paced. Employees must be willing to work flexible hours.
