15-hour shifts (majority)
10-hour shifts interspersed
Note: Current team members report that the longer overnights can be challenging; some schedule flexibility may be available.

Active California medical license (or willingness to obtain)

Admit and manage labor for patients assigned to the regional Kelsey provider group.
Work 24-hour shifts, with an expectation of 7 shifts per month, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 - $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
