Responsibilities
The Optometrist will provide general optometry services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.
* Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose, treat and manage age-related ocular diseases, injuries and disorders of the eye.
* Traditional daily patient care will also include vision testing and prescribing spectacle lenses.
* Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our optometry electronic medical record system.
* Responsible for applying proper coding guidelines and populating appropriate billing codes for services provided to patients.
* Adheres to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment.
Travel:
This is a mobile optometrist position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area; your Practice. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion is required.
Qualifications
* Qualifications:
* Optometry background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management and evaluation of eye conditions and disorders.
* Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.
* Self starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful and attentive care.
Physical Requirements for Optometrist:
* Ability to stand, to bend, and to lift.
* Ability to transport optometry equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.).
* May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairs.

We provide comprehensive patient-oriented care to address mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong psychopharmacology and behavioral health background, with experience in outpatient settings. This role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, including those with developmental disabilities and addiction issues. The Psychiatrist will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
This position will be 50% inpatient work and 50% outpatient work with one required weekend per month and two holidays per year.
Inpatient responsibilities include:
Managing a team of two nurse practitioners
Completing psychiatric evaluations and discharges during the week (4 per day, on average)
Attending treatment team meetings
Call is 4 weekdays per month (one per week) and 1 weekend per month
Outpatient responsibilities include:
Half-day of clinic in the afternoon
Psychiatric evaluations for medication management
Follow-up medication management appointments
Appointment times are flexible and based on provider preference
Additional opportunities available:
TMS mapping (training provided)
Overseeing ketamine program (training provided)

Qualifications:
