Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes, using a patient-centered and recovery-oriented approach. Administering and managing psychotropic medications and therapies, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations. Participating in case conferences, team meetings, and treatment planning sessions to review patient progress and provide recommendations for care. Educating and supporting patients and their families, promoting mental health awareness and providing resources for coping and self-management.
