Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication with patients.
Demonstrate effective and detailed written documentation skills.
Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases, disorders and conditions.
Effectively monitor patient progress throughout treatment plan and care. Provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes.
Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow up throughout patients' care.
Perform pap smears, pelvic and breast exams.
Counsel patients on family planning options and provide contraceptive management.
