This exclusive physician group is team-oriented, quality-focused, and industrious, and is currently seeking daytime hospitalists and nocturnists to fill positions at our acute care hospitals (Lee Memorial, HealthPark Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center and Cape Coral Hospital). These positions are 7 days on 7 days off with 12-hour shifts. There is also the possibility to work with the Lee Health Residency Program if interested. Advanced provider support is in place to help cover admissions. Daytime hospitalists typically care for an average of 18 patients per shift. Quarterly quality incentives and extra shifts are available for additional compensation.
