We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Optometrist to join our team and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry evaluations that are to Medicare standards for cataract surgery. Diagnose and manage ocular diseases, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and dry eye. Provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract, LASIK, and other ophthalmic surgeries. Conduct urgent visits, triage cases, and coordinate with ophthalmologists for surgical consultation. Document findings accurately and thoroughly in the EMR system. Provide patient education on eye health, treatment plans, and surgical options. Collaborate with ophthalmologists, technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.
